Its almost Christmas and we still haven't had a chance to make our Holiday Card!
I'm sorry!
I know its always a big part of our silliness at year's end, dressing Boots or planning some funny adventure for him to have so we can photograph it and write a poem...but this year its been harder with so many more responsibilities and more work. Perhaps on this weekend we can do it, and send them out as New Year Cards! Thats a good plan! Weather permitting, that is!
Today's dog walk was pretty wet and soggy, but we are toweled off and Boots and I awaiting Lowie in the workshop to finishe the last few weeks bookkeeping...its hard to believe its almost one more year over and we'll be beginning a new one so soon. It must be age, cause it seems to be racing by faster each year! Hard to accomplish things, as the years go faster, we go slower!
Well thats it for today...just a holiday wish for your happiness and safety this winter, and always. Next post will be in the deep of winter here, so for us its all a quiet slide into February when the Flower and Garden Show arreives and we spend those days in Seattle enjoying a breath of spring in the winter! Lowie and I will be doing it together again this year, once again as the neighboring booth to Sunset magazine, our absolute favorite spot to be! We just adore those people! Its so great to spend those days having fun and catching up! We are at a different hotel this year, but I still hope there is some Dragonfire Chicken in the week for me at some point, from Dragonfish under the Paramount Hotel. Its not so far a walk for us...and tasty hot enough to make it worth the extra steps! And many many Taco Del Mar burritos! Yum! Sounds like a fun week, doesn't it! You can find out more about the event at www.gardenshow.com.
Bye!
