Long time no blog!

Its been so nice that most of the days were spent in the yard or on the deck. Yesterday was 70 and perfect. Today? You had to ask. Gloomy, wet and cool. All the tulips are cups of water I try to pour off when I go by them on the walk from workshop to house.

In the workshop there have been a few new things. One is a new smaller gold ring with a pretty faceted amethyst. It was an order, but is too large a design, so will make a new one smaller still. Getting hard for me to do TINY as its harder to see all the time! Switching to glasses soon, giving up the contacts after 35 years of wear. Maybe that will help? I am thinking big is better!

The other new thing is this necklace set wirth a swirly butterscotch colored geode with a hollow drusy center, and it was so beach colored that I did it in the new seaweed and clamshell shapes.


I am really loving the newer shapes! I feel like I'm finally getting good after 31 years of evolving designs. Its been great! Maybe its just because I'm finally back on the water like when I was young, and its all suddenly RIGHT!

Well, I think I will mosey over to the bench and make stuff. Got no linked bracelets, so they are on the list. Maybe even a sculpture could get started! Bye.
