We promise to provide fine quality workmanship and original designs for our gems or yours. If not fullly satisfied with items ordered they can be exchanged for other comparably priced work currently in stock, or refunded. Please contact us within 30 days if you are not happy with your piece.

One free ring sizing and some free or minimally priced alterations are offered, the only charge will be for postage and handling. We make every effort to fill orders for unusual items and offer a referral service for lapidary work, restoration and repair work and custom casting or fabrication.

Digital photo records can be made and descriptions and declaration of value can be furnished for insurance records. Simply ask before the items are shipped so they can be imaged.

All special orders will be considered and designs can be emailed for approval.
